Brian qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1983 and joined Clarke & Brownrigg in 2013.

Brian provides best thinking in business reviews of accounting functions and implementation and use of cloud technologies for accounting solutions.

He has experience in the area of taxation and business services, assisting clients effectively with their annual taxation work, providing business advice and taxation planning, including capital gains tax, GST, FBT, state taxes and ATO dispute resolution.  Brian also works with family businesses across many industry sectors including retail, manufacturing, property, construction, primary production and self-managed superannuation funds.

Brian also advises enterprises on structuring, mergers, acquisitions, valuations and R & D incentives.
